Shaun is a capital markets and investor relations professional having developed a broad range of skills that assists companies in achieving their growth objectives while avoiding some of the pitfalls associated with raising capital and listing on a public exchange. Shaun has built an extensive network of key capital market participants in Australia, the United States, the Bahamas and Hong Kong having worked in each of those locations over the past decade. After an extended period of time living abroad, Shaun returned to Australia and co-founded Maxus Financial which was a boutique advisory firm that provided institutional investors with the ability to achieve optimal execution prices on their orders, and the iQuant Signal Advantage Fund Both businesses utilized a proprietary algorithm designed to combat the effects of high-frequency trading. He founded Anadara Asset Management in 2020 which is a specialist investment manager that offers investors exposure to global equity markets, private equity and fixed income, and serves as its chief investment officer.

Through Kaplan Professional, Shaun has a Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning), is an accredited derivatives advisor (Level 1 and 2), and is ASIC compliant (RG146) qualified to provide advice in foreign exchange and margin lending.

Allan has over 30 years experience in the professional services industry. He has been a partner of second tier accounting firms, Crowe Horwath and Pilot Partners for a combined period of 24 years, before founding GFA Strategic Accountants in 2014 and has assisted clients with the strategic development of their business and personal affairs through business growth planning, risk targeting and management, benchmarking, strategic advice, succession and estate planning, capital investment and funding.

Professionally, Allan holds a Bachelor of Commerce, and is a fellow of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Allan also sits on the boards of helicopter rescue organization Lifeflight Australia Limited along with Gold Coast private school All Saints Anglican School.
